I never understood people who say that they moved to Lakewood because Flatbush real estate is too expensive. Is Lakewood the only place that you can find that is cheaper than Flatbush? Why don’t you try Passaic, NJ, parts of Queens, Waterbury, CT or some other such community, where the real estate is cheaper than Flatbush, and you will not have to worry about riding a bike.
